"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16
God created us all, loves us,
and wants to be with us now and forever.
However, we have all rebelled
against God and broken His laws
meant for our good.
Just as in court, broken laws
create a penalty that must be paid.
That is justice.
God loves us so much
that He sent His only Son Jesus,
who paid our penalties by
Jesus then proved He is God
by
raising Himself from the dead.
Now all of our rebellious deeds can be forgiven,
and we can be restored with God.
Those who reject Jesus
face eternity in hell, separated from His love and peace, but if we turn from our wrong ways to Jesus
He will give us a new heart
and a new life that never ends,
and we will never be without His love.
"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
